Having grown up with Hogue grips on most of my sidearms, I prefer this on my AR over some popular variations. I like Hogue, and there''s no problem with quality. Color is a brindle FDE. Looks nice. I prefer the tactile rubber feeling, rather than the hard plastic feel of so many.
