Weighing only 6.5 pounds and equipped with an A1 fixed carry handle, the DPMS® Panther Lite 16 carbine is easy to carry and transport over long distances. Equipped with an A1 sight system, Teflon coated receivers and a Pardus carbine stock, the DMPS® Panther Lite 16 carbine is a gas operated rotating bolt rifle chambered for the powerful 5.56x45mm caliber. Designed with comfort, accuracy and high performance in mind, the DMPS® Panther Lite 16 carbine will keep you on target in any tactical shooting situation.

    Absolutely a great rifle to own. If you are thinking about adding a 223 to your gun rack this DPMS is a great choice!!!!

    Fantastic rifle, I have put thousands of rounds down range with no FTF's jams or other negative issues. if i had to run i would grab this rifle over my colt any day. Awesome rifle
